3. User Accounts
Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Age Requirements
Users under 16 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to use our Services. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of our Services.
4. Subscription and Payment

7. AI Feedback Disclaimer
Our AI-generated feedback is designed to assist with learning and should be used as a supplementary educational tool. Please note:
- AI feedback is not a substitute for professional educational advice, teaching, or tutoring
- We do not guarantee specific exam results, scores, or admission outcomes
- AI suggestions represent automated analysis and may not always be accurate or appropriate for every context
- Students should review all feedback critically as part of their learning process
- Parents and guardians should supervise younger students' use of the platform
Writingmn is designed to complement, not replace, traditional education methods. We encourage users to seek guidance from qualified educators alongside using our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Writingmn Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
